I am very happy with the curriculum and infrastructure of the university. The life in South Dakota is calm and it is a desirable place to have research going. I would suggest every student to get into here.
GRE and TOEFL are required to get in here. F-1 visa is required for studying in USA. The interview was easy. I flew through Lufthansa airways, they allowed excess baggage and had student fares. I landed at Minneapolis. Airport is 1 hr drive from the college. Immigration was easy, but it took time as they checked the baggage twice. My senior was already in the college and he came to receive me.
I had tuition waiver and scholarship.
I am very happy with the curriculum and infrastructure of the university.
Winters are very severe, which is the only problem (geographically close to Canada). Student organizations help the incoming students a lot.
After a PhD finding a job shouldnt be that tough. Everyone in the campus helps you a lot in the future career endeavours.
