At Campbell a lot of emphasis is on developing the students practical skills. This is very useful in the long run. On the whole the program is a good one and I am happy.

I had to write GRE and TOEFL for getting admission in this university. I prepared on my own for these tests with help of some material available online. I attended for F1 Student visa interview and it was easy lasted for few minutes with simple questions. Getting tickets to my destination was very easy as there are number of flights available. I came here by Jet Airways and the experience was very good with nice food. Excess baggage was not allowed and also I did not face any immigration issues at my port of entry, New York. Our university offered greet and meet service at airport and also gave a ride to our university.

I dont have any assistantships except TA and no scholarships and tuition waivers in our university.

I am very much satisfied with the program structure in our university. Much emphasis is made on developing the students practical skills.

I live in private apartments which are 1 mile away from university. Sport facilities are good and also we have nice gym and swimming pool. Getting part time jobs in our campus is bit difficult. There is an international student organization which takes care of some cultural events at Campbell university. Weather in our area is much comfortable for Indians to live.

Our university doesnt have any placement shell and an alumnus of the university is also not so active because this is a new course in this university. There is a career fair every year at Campbell university. Getting job in this recession time for a MS student is dream come true and so everyone is opting for PhD.
