the whole course of event management is really fun and interesting but is more work then you might first think becuse they have have fit an 18 month course (full time) into 12 months (full time) but its heaps good and mad fun to be able to plan event and attand event like bar show

i just filled out the application. i dont think its too hard to be admitted as they have 2 classes but the teachers said that some people have to be turned away. i think it helps if you have previous hospitality/tourism experience.

the course was only about $1000 for the year so its pretty reasonable. but they did offer assistance.. you had to ask the head teacher

I've enjoyed the course overall.. somethings are a bit boring but generally every subject has its good moments and something interesting/important to learn especially food and beverage class with bar and alcohol work.. lol. the the teachers are all really good at what they teach and they have fun doing it.. not liek school. most of them work in the industry so their fully qualified. v. good value for money. enjoy it! its fun adn the teacher are awesome and they encourage us to go to events on the weekends and bar and try out new cocktails.. whoo!

the college is good.. its hospitality and horticulture so theres heaps of plants around and lawn and flowers and shizz.. its pretty good and some of the food sold is good.. liek the $4 cake that the hospo ppl make..the college offers heaps of part time work and a job placement centreto help you get a job when your lookign for one.

jobs look promising.. from going to industry events and networking. the teachers give advice about jobs and sometimes have openings in their firms or know someone thats looking.. its pretty good
