I had to write the GRE and TOEFL as part of my admission process. It was entirely Self Study. I did not attend any coaching classes nor did I use the services of any educational counselors.I needed a VISA. Visa interview experience was good. It lasted only 1 minute. It was easy. It was it easy to get tickets to my destination. I flew Delta. It was good. The airline did not offer a student fare. I landed at Jax. Airport from the institution it was 70 miles. Baggage rules allowed 2 bags of 23 kg free. Excess baggage was allowed on extra payment. I did not face immigration issues at the port of entry. The University did not offer a Meet and Greet service at the airport.
Graduate/Research/Teaching Assistantships are offered by the university.
I am happy with the program structure. The professors are good. The lecture halls and library are excellent, we also have full sports facilities.
I stay in the university accommodations Apartments, it is one bed roomed. It is difficult for international students to get part time jobs in the university. There is too much night life here, the social life is pretty cool. Weather is warm so not a problem. The international student society here handles various events and festivals like Diwali.
The university has a placement cell and there is a campus placement process here. I am not very sure about the job prospects of international students, though it is difficult to get the work permit.
