I am enjoying here by participating in extra curricular activities. The number of courses offered could be bettered. It is more than any other university. Katz is good for someone who wants to major in Finance. Cost of living is also less.

It was not easy to get in. Have to work hard to get admission. Spoke with students already studying here. Got inside information and capitalized on it. It was a standard procedure. I got my visa easily. No hassles in traveling except for long waits at airports.

The University offers 10 credits of required courses and 30 credits of optional courses. I need to attend 12.5 hours of classes. Excellent lecturers. We have extra recitation lectures for problem solving. The courses are one of the best offered here. We have very good classrooms. We have three big libraries which have almost every book you might need for the course.

I have never been to other cities here. No time from the hectic schedule. Country side is good I have heard. We do not get time to do anything other than we do in the course. Though I manage to find time for various consulting clubs I have enrolled in. There are sufficient opportunities for students to get part time jobs. This year it was tough since most of them preferred under grads rather than PGs.We have ANKUR foundation which organizes parties and festivals. The members are very pro active and have organized many things till date. You might figure out that the culture here is quite different from what you think it is.

Too early to comment on this. But things are improving. I am expecting better prospects after my MBA program. I will keep in touch with fellow alumni. Katz has its own alumni network. We had homecoming event where in we invited top alumni. It was good networking event.
