This is a good university for ECE students but finding part time jobs is a bit difficult.

I took GRE and TOEFL as a part of my admission process. I prepared myself for these tests and did not attend any classes. I don't need any visa and tickets to my destination were easy to get. I flew by British Airways and landed at George Bush Airport. They did not allow excess baggage. There were no immigration issues.

I am happy with the study program and the professors are ok. Lecture halls and library are good.

I live in an apartment which is 8 miles away from my university. The university offers full sports facilities. Getting part time jobs are difficult. Weather is unpredictable. There is a society for Indian students called GISO.

The university does have a placement cell and students can visit the career.uh.edu website. I think there is campus placement process.
