For me, making friends is really important. I don't have any relatives with whom I can share my problems and happiness during my study here. However, my friends always help me out when I have a problem. For you who are gonna study here, make sure that you have enough information about where you will live before arriving here.

Basically the whole application process was done online. Some documents I had to submit at that time were high school transcript, IELTS certificate, and proof of financial resource. I got most of information about Perth and Curtin from IDP Indonesia. It gave me plenty of information related to Australia and campus life.

There are some scholarships offered by university, but it's quite hard for international students to get one. One thing you can do to secure your finance is by getting part-time job. Most of part-time jobs offer 'good money', so you can use it to fulfill your needs.

It was hard for the first time because I had to adapt with some kind of new teaching-method for me. However once I've got used to it, it's enjoyable now. I study about 20 hours a week in campus. The lecturers and tutors are very helpful and approachable. We can contact them by email.

All facilities provided are good. What I like most about Perth is that it has well-managed public transportation which make us easier to go anywhere we want. Most of my fellow students are quite friendly. I live close to campus. I've ever done part-time job but then getting dumped due to my 'bad timetable'. I don't join any club.

Yes, I do. The knowledge and experience I get during my stay here, I believe will increase my job opportunities in my home country.
