Academic advice - NCSU has several different branches, choose the one you wish to pursue, apply well before time and get admitted, you would love to study here.

I basically took GRE and TOEFL. Studied self. Went for student visa and interview was fine. Went to an agent for tickets, flew in Air Emirates through Dubai, then to Raleigh where the University is located. I was allowed 1 cabin bag, 2 of 23kgs luggages. Indian association "Maitri" members picked me up from airport.

TA/RA - hard to think and get also.

Too good place to be in all times and weather is awesome once the fall colors start !!!. Big Lecture Halls. Huge Library.
