Having completed my B Arch and worked with an Architect as a junior Architect and freelanced for abt 6 mths, I wanted to complete my Masters to better my job prospects. Virginia Tech offered a prog which suited my interests and I opted for it.

My aunt in the US was acting as my sponsor and initially I thought that it might be a problem, but it wasn't. But, Guys if someone is going to sponsor u from the US just make sure that u get their original financial statements. My visa was put on a hold on the day I applied as I didn't have her bank statement originals. Anyways, I got it from my aunt and went back to the visa office and got my visa on showing them the docs. So there people...as the catch goes...be alert of things, stick to ur answers and be confident....u'll get it.
