Lecture halls are good and library has various resources. Sports facilities are amazing.
I wrote GRE as well as TOEFL and I prepared for these myself (Barrons Kaplan test series). I used counsellor for my application process(private). My visa interview was a cakewalk they practically did not ask me anything. I flew by AIR INDIA that is from Mumbai to state college airport via, Newyork. My baggage was under the limit although a student offer was available. I did not face any immigration issues at the airport.
Right now I have no funding but the college does offer TA, RA and wage pay rolls.
Probably as it is the beginning I cannot comment on the course structure and professors but all I can say is so far so good. Lecture halls are good and library has various resources.
I stayed off campus in an apartment. Sports facilities are amazing. Social scene was cool where as night life was amazing. There is an international student body handling all major festivals back home.
Placements are good although I am not worried about them as it will be 2 years by the time I pass out so the focus is on studying and doing well rather than cribbing about something which anyways is not in our hands.
