The Univ of Idaho has good research facilities and the research programs going on there were similar to my field of interest. Though I had applied to different universities I selected Idaho on account of this. This is one issue which I would advise all students to consider before applying, check out the programs on offer in the universities and see if it is in your line of interest. All the best.
