I did not have to write any exams to get selected to the university, just needed to give in reference letters. I needed a visa and had a really cool visa experience. It was easy to get the airline tickets, I flew Lufthansa, the service was pretty good...but the airlines neither offered a student fare nor did it allow extra baggage. I landed at Philadelphia and had no problems with the immigration. The university representatives came to pick me up at the airport.

The internship program was beautifully structured. I had the good fortune to work under some really fantastic faculty. The research environment was good. On the whole, I had a rich learning experience. I did not attend any lectures. Had full access to the libraries. Very good sports facilities.
