In my first year i study commercial cookery which teaches me to prepare various meals,food safety and hygiene,basic things like cutting etc.In my second year i get into management.My best bits are practicals.I study for 5-6 hrs a week.My lectures are boring bit the tutors are great and supportive.My course is a value fro money

there a lot of facilities like student union,housing,restaurant and more.my local area is very close to the institute so i like the fact that i dont have to travel much.The locals and my fellow students are very friendly.I stay with my frens in a rented house so it is a value for money.It is not that easy to get a job.my student union is helpful.i have not joined any clubs or societies

it will not be difficult to get a job as the hospitality sector is in short of workers so i think this certificate will help me get a good one.I will keep in touch with my frens and i will jioin the alumni
