Bliss College is located in the central town of Ilford, in the East London Borough of Redbridge. More than 70% of its students are aged 21 or over. The College operates out of the departments of Tourism and Hotel Management, English Language Training, Information Technology, Nursing & Health Care, Business Studies, and Care Home Mandatory Training. Programs are offered in National Vocational Training and Business Management, and for Overseas Nurses. The courses are authorized by the British Accreditation Council.
