The history of Weymouth College began with the founding of Weymouth Grammar School in 1862. It is a further education college located in Weymouth, Dorset. The College has over 7,000 students enrolled in a wide range of practical and academic courses in many different subjects. Some of the courses offered are Accounting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, & Surveying, Art & Design, Business, Catering & Hospitality, Construction & Allied Trades, and Motor vehicle & Motor Cycle. Accelerated programs are also run for students wishing to gain university entrance in a year.
