Located in Harrisonburg, Virginia, the Eastern Mennonite University was founded in 1917. Around 1,600 students are enrolled in the university. On campus EMU offers a Christ-centered education.The university offers several majors and minors, pre-professional programs, teacher education programs/licensures and associate degrees in the under graduate level. Graduate programs on offer are Seminary, Masters in Conflict Transformation, Counseling, Education and Business Administration. Off-campus courses at Lancaster offers an RN to BSN program for nurses, masters in education and seminary courses.
