Georgia State University, founded in 1913, is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The research-intensive public university has an enrollment of 28,238 undergraduate and graduate students in six colleges. Georgia State is the second largest university in the state, with students from over 145 countries. Students can choose from 52 degree programs in 250 fields of study offered through six colleges including College of Arts and Sciences, College of Health and Human Sciences, College of Education, J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, and College of Law.
