Since its 1949 founding in a Minnesota farmhouse, Hazelden has grown into a private not-for-profit, alcohol and drug addiction treatment center. The school has branches at Chicago, Minnesota, Oregon and New York.The Graduate School of Addiction Studies is located at Hazelden's largest campus in Center City, Minnesota. It provides the Master of Arts, Certificate in Addiction Counseling, Customized Training for Professional Development and Continuing Education. The school also offers several Psychology programs.
