Labette Community College is a two-year accredited college located in Labette County, Kansas. It was established in the year 1923 as the Parsons Junior College. The College offers associate degrees in arts, science and general studies for students who plan to transfer to a four-year institution and pursue a baccalaureate degree. Associate in applied science degree is for students who plan to seek employment after completing an associate degree in professional/technical areas. The electives offered range from calculus and music appreciation to world civilization.
