Lander University was established in 1872 and is located in Greenwood, South Carolina. There are over 3,000 students currently enrolled in its various programs. A public university, it offers both postgraduate and undergraduate programs. The university is divided into various colleges: College of Arts and Humanities, College of Business and Public Affairs, College of Education and the College of Science and Mathematics. Programs are offered in the fields of Art, Music, Foreign Languages, Business Administration and Teacher Education besides others.
