Phoenix College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, a nationally recognized regional accrediting agency. It is located on the 15th Avenue and Thomas Road, Phoenix Arizona. A second location "PC Downtown" is housed in a historic building in the city’s business and cultural centers. Phoenix College is home to some 30,000 students each year from the surrounding neighborhoods and from over 100 other countries.
