Southern Polytechnic State University was founded in 1948 as a public two-year residential University, situated in Marietta, Georgia. Approximately 4,800 students study here, from nearly 35 states and 82 countries. The University offers various programs through their five schools: the School of Architecture, Civil Engineering Technology, and Construction, the School of Computing and Software Engineering, the School of Engineering Technology and Management, the School of Arts and Sciences and the Extended University.
