The Entertainment Management degree is ideal for students wanting to work in the business and management side of the music and entertainment industries.
You will be taught and mentored by industry experts who are currently working within many sectors of the industry including management, publicity, music festivals, touring companies and record labels. With a focus on the logistical side of the creative industries, you will undertake fundamental units such as business strategy and law, marketing, economics, finance, publicity, music publishing, and event management.
Collarts offers students a variety of real-life industry experiences so that they are career-ready when they graduate. Through our industry partnerships with Falls Festival, Grooving The Moo, Melbourne Fashion Week, Ego Expo and more, students have opportunities to apply their business and management studies in real-world situations.
The Diploma of Applied Business (Entertainment Management) is ideal for students wanting to work in the business and management side of the music and entertainment industries.
The diploma can be completed in two trimesters (8 months) of full-time study, where you will have the opportunity to progress into the Bachelor Degree or Double Degree (subject to academic performance).
