You will acquire the knowledge to plan, organise and coordinate events, projects and functions. You will learn to control, monitor and evaluate systems and procedures to ensure smooth hospitality operations and gain managerial competencies to effectively manage a team. For students who have complete the SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality. No work-based training applies to this course. Classes are rostered for 2.5 days per week. This course includes 6 weeks of holidays.
