Hong Kong is one of the leading financial centres in the world and technology is one of the main service sectors in Hong Kong. The programme will address the increasing labour and manpower demand, and at the same time enhance the well-being of Hong Kong and global citizens.

After completion of the programme, students are expected to be well suited for jobs that require strong technological skills in finance-related industries including banking, insurance, asset management, internet finance, FinTech start-ups and government regulatory agencies.
CAREER-ORIENTED CURRICULUM
Provides flexibility on course selection for fulfilment of coursework requirements:
- Course Track: 8 courses
- Practicum Track: 7 courses + Internship
- Project Track: 6 courses + a 2-semester Industrial Project
INTERNSHIP
Provided to those who are interested in acquiring practical skills and knowledge by attaching to a company for at least 12 weeks. Examples include JD Finance, WeBank, Haitong, HSBC, etc. The internship also includes regulatory briefings provided by Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Securities & Futures Commission, and Insurance Authority.
Career-oriented curriculum is designed to suit the various needs of students. Students are required to complete 9 units of required courses and 15 units of electives. The electives could be courses, internship or industrial project.
