Programme Overview
The Master of Mass Communication (MMC) programme provides you with knowledge about the process of mass communication, the theories and methods needed to analyse and understand the media as social institutions, and trains you in critical analysis, strategic thinking and audience research skills. Through the MMC programme, media professionals will be equipped for leadership positions in management, planning and policy. The MMC programme also offers students the opportunity to travel to a country in the region to understand the media and communication landscape through an overseas study elective with leading partner universities.
Career Opportunities
Upon graduation from the MMC programme, students will be exposed to employment opportunities within the private sector and government institutions, both in Singapore and around the globe. Students may find themselves working in areas such as Corporate Communications, Communications Events andOutreach, Branding, Marketing & Promotions, Media & Advertising, Publicity and Social Media.

To apply to the MMC programme, you need to meet these minimum requirements:
A good Bachelor's degree in any discipline
At least one year of working experience
TOEFL - 600 (paper-based), 250 (computer-based), 100 (Internet-based)
IELTS - 7.0
