The business world is becoming digitalized at an astounding pace and companies actively seek digital visionaries to leverage their expertise and insight into any corporation that seeks to stay competitive. This program explores the theoretical and practical foundations, implementation and business models that make up digital business. Students will develop a creative, entrepreneurial mindset and develop the key competencies required in the corporate world today.

Note: We are applying an innovative on-campus hybrid learning approach which prioritizes classes on campus and combines the best of face-to-face and virtual learning. We are offering several on-campus start dates and the opportunity for students to begin online and come to campus later. Alternatively, students can study 100% online.

Digital Transformation Manager

Digital transformation managers are in charge of reviewing existing processes, structures and roles within an organization and for optimizing them through the implementation of digital solutions. These professionals will coordinate with current staff to ensure that all functions will be covered with the new systems, and with IT to ensure feasibility. They will lead on the design, development and implementation of technological solutions. Change management tasks will also be undertaken by this professional to ensure project acceptance.

This professional should have good organizational, planning, project management and people management skills.

Digital Marketing Manager

Digital marketing managers create, plan and implement an organization’s digital marketing campaigns to ensure that organizational, marketing and product and/or service goals are met. These professionals are proficient in all digital marketing platforms including social media. The key marketing tools they use are SEO/SEM, email marketing, display and retargeting. These professionals will analyze data to optimize lead generation and conversion. They will constantly search for new ways to positively impact the end consumer by researching new online possibilities and consumer reaction.

Digital Business Analyst

Digital business analysts are tasked with aiding an organization in the definition, design and implementation of digital projects that will help it attain its goals. In order to make recommendations, digital business analysts will analyze an organization internally and, through their knowledge of digital solutions, will propose services to place online. They typically create a digital roadmap detailing the projects, required resources and timings. These professionals will work with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure project objectives are met and will work as change managers for project acceptance.

Digital business analysts have advanced knowledge of digital feasibility and software as well as project management skills. They are analytical and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Head of Ecommerce

A head of e-commerce is responsible for an organization’s online sales. Their functions include planning, defining the web shop’s content and design, creating online promotional campaigns, monitoring results and elaborating strategies to increase of traffic and sales. They will often use A/B testing to ensure optimal campaign and product performance. These professionals are also responsible for creating an optimal user experience and will be involved in logistics for supply and deliveries.
