COURSE INFORMATION

This course will give you an excellent grounding if your ambition is to work in the fitness industry, either as an instructor, personal trainer, or any other occupation focusing on physical activity or health and wellbeing.

This is an active course and would suit you if you have a keen interest in this area and already participate regularly in exercise. The course also provides you with the Level 2 Gym Instructor award, recognised by the fitness industry.
