**This course was previously titled BA (Hons) Textile Design and will be replaced by our BA (Hons) Textiles course from 2022 – check back soon for new course information!**If you enjoy working with colour and materials as well as researching and innovating then our BA (Hons) Textiles degree course at UCA Epsom is a dynamic and timely choice as consumer appetite for sustainably made products continues to rise.There are three main subjects to our course in sustainable textiles – Material Making/Bio-fabrication, Eco Dye, Print and Surface, and Constructed Textiles – all of which have the thread of sustainability, colour and materials running through them. We're one of the few courses to teach natural, sustainable, dyes, too.There will an emphasis on sustainable digital production and both digital and analogue illustration techniques, which will enable you to visualise and communicate your textile ideas to diverse international markets.And, being at UCA Epsom, you’ll rub shoulders with fashion and business students for exciting collaborative projects and networking opportunities.
