Upon successful completion of the 60 credits of the four-year B.S. degree program in business management outlined below, students may apply to receive an Associate in Science (A.S.) degree in business management. Credit requirements are designed to facilitate continuance to the four-year B.S. degree in a business discipline.

Core Curriculum Requirements

Students must complete 27 hours of University Core requirements. The way that a student must complete this requirement (as part of the AS Business Management degree program) is restricted in the following way:

• ENGL 1112 or ENGL 1112
• MATH 1108 or higher
• UNIV 1141
• COMM 1130: core competency 2 tier 1
• ECON 1134: core competency 5 tier 2
• ECON 1133: core competency 7 tier 2
• BANL 1100: core competency 3 tier 2
• Any qualifying course: core competency 7 tier 1
• Any Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) Course
