>= 10500-600-level credits (no more than 10 credits can be at the 400 level)
<= 4 credits Independent Study (EELE 592)
<= 10 credits 592 + seminars (594)
<= 3 credits pass/fail (excluding thesis)
<= 6 credits challenged
No credits of 488, 489, 490, 492, or 589
Masters' Thesis

<= 6 credits challenged
No credits of 488, 489, 490, 492, or 589
