The thesis Masters in Microbiology, administered by the Texas A&M Department of Biology, involves introduction to laboratory-conducted research and advanced coursework directed towards mycology and bacteriology principles that relate to ecological, medical and industrial contexts. The students will also have developed writing skills to effectively communicate current discoveries in microbiology to the general public.
