Third-year students are encouraged to undertake work placements as part of their studies.You will be equipped to work as a news reporter, specialist writer, columnist, commentator, copywriter, producer, editor, newsreader, and presenter. Journalism graduates are also employed as corporate communications officers, media engagement officers, digital communications producers and the like. Graduates gain employment across digital media and radio, television and print media throughout Australia and overseas.
