Stream C is a joint program offered by the University of Winnipeg (UW) and Red River College Polytechnic (RRCP) or the Universite de St. Boniface (USB). This unique collaboration enables students to earn both a 2-year diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and a 3-year Bachelor of Arts degree in Developmental Studies (Child Development and Child Care) within a four-year period of full-time study. Graduates qualify for the highest classification, ECE III, from the Manitoba Department of Families’ Early Learning and Child Care Program. UW is proud to offer the only degree-granting professional program in Early Childhood Education in Manitoba.
