Apa yang akan saya pelajari?

Biochemistry is the study of the chemical composition, activity and constituents of living systems. Both Microbiology and Chemistry share in the teaching and administration of the program. The Honours and cooperative work-study (co-op) programs provide experience in government, private sector and research laboratories. Within the Biochemistry programs, you can take courses and conduct research in topics ranging from chemistry to microbiology to biology including cellular signaling and cancer biology, molecular biology, structural biology, biophysics and bioenergetics, genomics and genetics. Many courses include laboratory components to develop skills in scientific techniques.

To declare the BSc Major or Honours in Biochemistry you first must be accepted into the Faculty of Science. The following are the minimum requirements for entry into the Faculty of Science.Direct entry means you are applying to the program directly out of high school or have completed fewer than 24 credit hours at a recognized university or college.Advanced entry Applicants are those who have completed one year (24 credit hours) or more of studies in another faculty at the University of Manitoba or another recognized post-secondary institution.
