Accounting allows you to build a solid foundation in financial and managerial accounting, auditing, and taxation. You will learn to produce accurate financial statements as well as cover increasingly complex topics in accounting. As part of your program, you are able to take all the courses required to apply for Ontario’s Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, or to be flexible and take a more general accounting stream.If you are looking for a program with more flexibility, you may prefer the option in Accounting. This option allows you to learn about accounting while also choosing a second option, minor, or additional electives compared to the Specialization in Accounting.
