With a Master of Healthcare Leadership and Innovation (MHLI) from Cape Breton University, you’ll gain the knowledge, leadership skills, and systems-thinking perspective needed to shape tomorrow’s healthcare.

The MHLI is built around real-world application. Students will complete a Master’s project or Internship, working directly with healthcare organizations, policymakers or research institutes. Minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (73-76%) or B in the final 60 credits of study
Applicants who do not meet standard academic criteria may be considered for admission based on GMAT scores and/or professional experience, as outlined on a CV
Prior work-related experience of 2 years is recommended but not required
