Anatomy is one of the oldest scientific disciplines associated with medicine. Our earliest understanding of many of the basic anatomical structures and functions can be traced back to the third century BC. Modern day anatomical studies represent a foundational element in the practice of medicine, dentistry, medical rehabilitation, pharmacy, nursing and the health sciences.In our MSc program, you will be able to study anatomy at both the microscopic and macroscopic level. Students can study how cell-to-cell communication and molecular functions influence tissue development, function, and regeneration. Through hands on learning, students gain an in-depth understanding of the normal structures and functions of the various anatomical systems, learn about the organization and construct of tissues and organs, and study how these anatomical structures form and grow. Our MSc program supports research related to four main thematic areas Cancer, Neuroscience, Cardiovascular and Musculoskeletal.
