Bachelor of Arts Major in Applied Science

Students must complete a minimum of 124 units with a Pacific cumulative and major/program grade point average of 2.0 in order to earn the bachelor of arts degree with a major in applied science. At least 64 semester (96 quarter) units must be from undergraduate courses and at least 60 semester (90 quarter) units must be from professional doctorate courses.The goals of the applied science major are as follows:1. Promote the development of an academic foundation in both the sciences and humanities.2. Broadened student perspectives so each can adapt to the needs of a changing society and health care systems.3. Promote the development of graduates who are able to apply natural / basic science knowledge to the practice of pharmacy or dentistry.4.
