Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry

Amerika Serikat

Apa yang akan saya pelajari?

In this interdisciplinary program, you’ll explore the chemistry of living things at the level of cells and molecules. Get direct experience in Roosevelt’s labs and faculty research projects. Biochemistry majors have the skills to thrive in the lab, at nonprofits or at major companies. This program is available to all students on our Chicago campus, and will be offered at our Schaumburg campus for new incoming Transfer students beginning in Fall 2025. Forge close relationships with classmates and professors. You’ll find a warm, collaborative community that supports your success instead of competing for opportunities. Roosevelt’s comprehensive courses cover many subfields in biology and chemistry. Discover new interests and build a sturdy foundation for roles in research, health sciences or pharmaceuticals. Master the techniques you’d use in real-world clinical or research labs. You’ll conduct research projects and take classes in state-of-the-art laboratories.

Persyaratan masuk

Untuk mahasiswa internasional

A freshman applicant is defined as an individual who has completed or will complete a high school degree or its equivalent and has fewer than 12 transferrable college credit hours. The admission requirements for freshman applicants are as follows: Roosevelt requires applicants to attain a cumulative unweighted high school GPA of 2.0 for at least 3 years of study. Self-reported information is accepted for most programs but an official transcript will be required if you are admitted to Roosevelt University. If you took dual enrollment classes at your local community college as part of your high school diploma, you will need to submit transcripts from your community college in addition to your high school transcripts. Roosevelt is test-optional. If you have taken the ACT or SAT we encourage you to send your scores, though these are not required for admission.
