All applicants must meet current admission criteria, and submit the appropriate documentation, to be considered for the MPH degree. Graduate Admission Application—Submit a completed graduate admission application directly to the Office of Graduate Admission. Bachelors Degree—Evidence of a baccalaureate degree from a Council for Higher Education (CHEA) regionally accredited college or university. Official transcripts are required from each institution attended. Minimum GPA— Applicants need to have an undergraduate cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Resume or Curriculum Vitae—Include a current resume or curriculum vitae with the graduate admission application. Graduate Record Exam (GRE)—Applicants are to supply official GRE scores directly from ETS to the Office of Graduate Admission. There are no minimum GRE requirements and the GRE must have been taken within the last 5 years. The school official testing code is 2799. Official GRE scores may be waived for applicants who have a GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and successfully passed college level math/statistics or have professional work experience of 5 years or more. MCAT, LSAT, GMAT or DAT will be accepted in lieu of the GRE. Those students who already hold a graduate degree will be evaluated on an individual basis.
