NorthTec

Established in 1978, NorthTec is the largest provider of tertiary education on New Zealand’s North Island. The college has multiple campuses and learning centres, from Whangārei to its northernmost site in Kaitaia. NorthTec is the only Northland-based Tertiary Education Institute (TEI) that provides programmes from foundation to degree level. NorthTec is a business division of Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology. The college enjoys solid partnerships with other tertiary education providers, which further enables it to meet the needs of the region and provide the best quality learning for its students. The college also collaborates with industry organisations and advisors to provide the best possible educational experience to its students.
