​​​​The Gordon and Isabel Humphrey Scholarship was established with a gift from John Humphrey in memory of his parents and is awarded to graduate researchers who are enrolling in a graduate research degree in a field of Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology.​

​​This ​scholarship​ provides the following benefits:

• ​A fortnightly stipend with a rate of AUD $41,100 per year pro rata (2027 full-time rate) for up to 3.5 years for students undertaking a doctoral degree. The living allowance may be indexed annually and includes limited paid sick, parental and partner leave
• ​A one-off relocation allowance of AUD $2,000 for students moving from States or Territories other than Victoria or AUD $3,000 for students moving from outside Australia
• ​Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) Single Membership for international students who require a student visa to study in Australia​

Eligibility

To be considered for this scholarship, you must have received a course offer for the Doctor of Philosophy – Engineering for commencement in 2027.
