Texas A&M University Commerce was founded in 1889 and is the third-largest university in the prestigious Texas A&M University System. Texas A&M University Commerce operates from locations across Dallas and surrounding regions. A&M-Commerce offers over 130 unique academic degrees, ranging from accounting to electrical engineering, and serves around 12,000 students. The university offers one of the only agriculture colleges in the U.S. where students experiment with sustainable growing methods to produce their own wheat, cotton, and corn crops on a 1,300-acre farm. The Student Career Preparedness office helps match students with internships and job opportunities in top-notch industries. The office also helps students create strong resumes and hone interview skills.
