Sociology is the study of society. Sociology will answer your questions and give you a new lens for seeing the world around you. At UNB, we prepare our graduates for national and international careers in Sociology. Our faculty and related courses comprise a range of perspectives on historical and developing thoughts pertaining to social, political, human, and environmental issues.Hands-on learning:Nels Anderson Undergraduate Society –a student-led organization that gathers donations for a number of different community agencies.Our Faculty members are also researchers who are actively involved in the community. Our Department supports and promotes international exchanges.

Students must have completed a recognized secondary (high school) credential in your country. International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) - English Language, English First Language, English Literature (other literature-based language courses will be considered) 4 electives from group 1. 1 elective from group 1, 2 or 3. Overall average of C or higher in the subjects above required for most programs. International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) - English A: Language & Literature (other languages will be considered). 4 electives from group 1 1 elective from group 1, 2 or 3. Overall average of 3 or higher required for most programs.
