The Sociology program in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences offers a major, a minor, and five joint majors. You can start this program at the Surrey campus.The Department of Sociology and Anthropology provides an established and distinctive program of undergraduate and graduate studies that provides rigorous foundational and disciplinary training, in an environment that fosters critical thinking, creative pedagogy, experiential learning and interdisciplinary collaboration.We offer one of the few truly interdisciplinary joint sociology and anthropology departments in North America, with our interdisciplinarity boldly displayed in the curriculum structure of both the undergraduate and graduate programs.
