The Bachelor of Design is a four-year degree in visual design, complemented by courses in entrepreneurship, marketing and management. The program will ensure you have creative and visual skills, as well as the knowledge of business strategy necessary to create design solutions for current and developing market needs. Conestoga's Bachelor of Design program is unique in Ontario, offering you an inter-professional perspective that blends visual design, entrepreneurship, and interdisciplinary courses with co-op opportunities, enhanced studio space and access to advanced technology. Limited enrolment and small class sizes ensure you have direct access to faculty with professional experience in visual design and business development. As a comprehensive design program, you will take courses in typography, visual design, colour theory, design studio, drawing and illustration, photography, interactive design, entrepreneurship, branding, marketing, business management, writing and presentation skills and group dynamics.
