Human Kinetics is concerned with understanding capacities for, and limits of, human movement at different ages and with the role of physical activity in human health. Through the use of electives, students may structure a program emphasizing biomechanics and ergonomics, human population biology or nutrition, exercise and metabolism.
Explore the biological aspects of human movement, function, and performance in health, aging, and chronic disease. Study nutrition, physiology, biomechanics, anatomy, genetics, and genomics. Experience comprehensive hands-on laboratories in exercise testing and assessment of human movement, and an in-depth dissection-based anatomical study of the human body. Gain the requirements to become a certified Kinesiology. Pursue graduate work or a variety of related professional programs.

Advanced Level of the English Language Certificate Program - Successful completion of the University of Guelph, Open Learning Advanced Level of the English Language Certificate Program (Levels 9 and 10).
