You will experience the collaborative process of filmmaking, working with teams to translate creative visions into finished projects.

This program will prepare you to succeed in diverse career paths in film, series and digital content. Common roles in this field include digital producers, video editors, production assistants, camera operators, grips and gaffers, digital communications specialists, media specialists and more. You'll have the expertise to work with production companies, independent films, streaming platforms or as a freelancer contributing to projects across genres and businesses.

Classes combine intensive studio production with advanced project-based learning. You'll work on film sets, direct short films and collaborate on major productions. Learning occurs through practical filmmaking experience, engaging with industry guest speakers and peer collaboration. Course workload will vary from week to week and semester to semester depending on the number of credits and the number of lecture hours scheduled for each course.
