The Financial Technology graduate certificate program provides students with the essential skills to thrive in the rapidly evolving financial technology industry. This two-semester program combines expertise in financial services with cutting-edge technology, preparing students to design secure, regulatory-compliant solutions and innovate in areas such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, (AI), machine learning and digital payments. Through hands-on learning, work- integrated learning and industry-driven projects, students will competently navigate tools like Python, SQL and blockchain frameworks, applying them to real-world financial challenges. The curriculum emphasizes ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and how to build and host financial applications, ensuring graduates are equipped to navigate the deployment of modern financial systems. Flexible Schedule: This program offers flexible scheduling, with lectures offered online and labs delivered in person as part of the hybrid delivery format. The program is designed for working IT professionals who wish to upgrade their skills in financial technologies. Please note that the fully online option is not available to international students.
